Michael Landau
Michael Landau has been Director of Caritas of the Archdiocese of Vienna since 1996 and since 2014 also President of Caritas Austria. Michael Landau was born in 1960 in Vienna. He is a biochemist, Catholic priest and president of Caritas Austria. Michael Landau has spoken out on sensitive social issues since the beginning of his work on sensitive social issues. He is convinced that each and every one of us can have the strength and the courage to change society for the better. For his commitment Michael Landau was awarded the Golden Medal of the City of Vienna and the Grand Decoration of Honor for Services to the Republic of Austria.
