How I like to be a founder of tree # 32, which honors Judith Forthuber and Willi Svoboda! The permanent tribute in the Grove of Flight is very consistent for both.
The genesis of the Grove of Flight is inseparable from Judith. She has organized the entire installation and all the preparatory work, including a required replacement planting of 10 trees. It has also coordinated our cooperation with the Hohe Tauern National Park and the approval procedure required for the installation. For me, it was a particularly beautiful day, when we both found on an alpine meadow of the farmer Helmut Leiter, who leased us the plot for the grove, and arranged the stones, which are now dedicated as Friedensstein Windbachfall and Escape Stone Krimmler Kees to 28 great personalities. Judith is also a board member of APC.
Willi Svoboda has been volunteering for APC as an IT expert for countless days and weeks. In addition, he wrote the homepage for the petition Against Inhumanity, which was adopted by APC together with 14 other NGOs as a call for a human refugee policy in June 2013. There were over 30,000 signatories and a committee of 300 personalities, to whom Willi regularly and voluntarily reported our efforts through our newsletters.
It brings me many years of cooperation and friendship with Judith Forthuber and Willi Svoboda, whom I sincerely thank for all their contributions to APC.
