Helmut Zobl
Born at Schwarzach/ St. Veit, Salzburg, in 1941. He grew up in Krimml, Sbg., attended the Steyr Art School und subsequently the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. Since 1969 he has been cutting steel and is involved in „coining“ in its wi- dest sense. His central theme is man. • Award of the Federal Ministry of Education and the Arts for the Promotion of Art • He is member of the Vienna Secession • Exhibitions in Austria and abroad • Designed some of the official Austrian legal tender. Graphic works, paintings and sculptures. Lives in Vienna.
